Are these real 35mm cells?
Yes! Unlike some companies that sell you a slide, these are actual film cells cut from a roll of film. The easiest way to tell is the audio track can be seen on the left side of the film cell. I can also provide a picture of the editor's marks.
How are these lit?
Each film cell is backlit by LED's. This means each display is energy friendly. The lights produce little heat and UV, so your film cell is protected from fading or damage.
You will receive one adapter, voltage based on your location, to power your film cell.
How long will my order take?
All displays are hand made and take time to build. I try to get orders fulfilled within 5 days of your order date, but please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. I will keep you updated on the status of your order if there is a delay.
How is my display shipped?
I ship using USPS Priority Medium Flat Rate for both domestic and international orders. You will recieve a tracking number for your order.
When will I receive my film cell(s)?
Once shipped, you will usually receive your film cell(s) within 3-5 business days for US orders, or 3-10 business days for International orders.
I want to return my item.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Buyer to pay return shipping. Item must be recieved in original condition for refund. Refunds are offered minus shipping charges and 15% restocking fee.
